Databricks
Roshni Joshi is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the full arc of cloud, data, and AI — from the early days of enterprise infrastructure to the frontlines of the generative AI revolution. She currently serves as VP of Field Engineering for Financial Services at Databricks, where she leads technical teams partnering with the world's largest banks, insurers, and asset managers to modernize their data and AI platforms.
Before Databricks, Roshni served in various roles in the technology industry at Google, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Dell, EMC and Deloitte, which gives her a rare vantage point of AI driven transformation across the hyperscaler, infrastructure, and advisory landscapes. A fierce advocate for the Chicago tech pipeline, Roshni shapes the next generation of talent through her board service at Lumity and The-Network.
A proud India-born-Chicago-transplant of 25 years, Roshni spends as much time with her adult children as their Gen Z schedules permit. She is a collector of useless trivia, loves good food, good books and is still waiting for a yoga pose that’s as easy to scale as a data lake.
